- The admission is divided into two parts: the first part (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM) and the second part (4:00 PM to 9:00 PM), with a complete switch-over system.

- Children aged 0-2 are free.
- Children aged 3-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult (16 years or older).
- Children aged 16 and over pay the same price as adults.
- Activities within the facility are for children aged 3-15 years.
[About admission reservations]
- Each reservation must be accompanied by an adult (age 16 and over) for admission.
- Infants (2 years old and under) can enter for free, but entry with only an adult and infant is not allowed.
- Already made reservations cannot be replaced with this service.
- If you wish to change your reservation (date, number of people, or details), please cancel the existing reservation and make a new one.
- Cancellations or changes made after the cancellation deadline cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
[How to use the facility and how to spend time there]
- Activity experiences are for children aged 3-15 years. Children under 2 cannot participate in activities.
- Parents are not allowed inside the pavilion, with some exceptions.
- All admission and activity experiences will be conducted in Japanese.
- To enhance your KidZania experience, we recommend watching the video on "How to Reserve Activities at KidZania" before your visit.
- Please check the "Things To Do Before Your Visit."
- No outside food and drink are permitted. However, water bottles, bottled drinks (one per person), allergy-friendly food, and milk/baby food for infants are allowed.
- Smoking and drinking are prohibited. Any violations will result in immediate expulsion.
[Entry and Exit]
- When entering or exiting, please make sure all members of your reservation group are present at the entrance/exit.
- Admission check-in times for each session are as follows (numbered tickets will be distributed for the 2nd session): 1st session from around 7:30 am; 2nd session from around 10:15 am *For those arriving before 10:15 am, only numbered tickets will be distributed. Please check “Admission to KidZania” for details
- Admission starts about 30 minutes before opening hours.
- Experiences at KidZania are first-come, first-served, so please arrive early.
