A restaurant for sophisticated yakitori and Hakata motsunabe [CIMA BLU]. 'Hakata Motsunabe Motsufuji', which captivated many fans with its Hakata motsunabe, has undergone a grand renewal! While keeping the popular motsunabe, the restaurant has upgraded to offer specialty yakitori and wine. To fully enjoy the flavor of the meat, it is generally served with salt. The French 'Milk Chicken' is a rare, limited-quantity item as we butcher the whole chicken in-house. It is juicy, tender, and pairs perfectly with wine. You can also enjoy domestic free-range chicken (from Miyazaki and Iwate prefectures, and Seiryu chicken) and domestic beef (sirloin skewer 950 yen, skirt steak skewer 626 yen, hanging tender skewer 626 yen). We offer a wide selection of drinks carefully chosen to pair with our motsunabe and grilled chicken, sure to satisfy any alcohol enthusiast!
