・There are no settings for children under elementary school age.
・For deliveries within facilities in the city (excluding Kagami, Tosayamada, Haruno, Katsurahama, and Takasu areas), the delivery time is 8:30am - 2:00pm, and for deliveries outside Kochi City, the delivery time is 8:30am - 11:00am.
- Regarding baggage delivery, your checked baggage will be delivered to the designated facility between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. (around 7:00 p.m. if outside Kochi City).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
