- To comply with Hong Kong's Telecommunications (Registered Subscriber Identification Card) Regulation, Hong Kong data SIM cards must be registered with the user's real name before service can be activated. Please complete the registration here . IMC Networks will process the registration within one business day after completion. Hong Kong roaming data service can only be activated after successful registration.
- This card is non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold.
- Actual data transmission and connection speeds can vary depending on various factors, including network traffic conditions, surrounding environment, hardware, software, or other factors.
- If your location or mobile phone does not support 5G, it will automatically switch to 4G/3G signal. The actual network speed depends on the local signal.

Vending machine redemption process: 1. Select the product you have purchased on the vending machine. 2. After selecting the product, press pay. 3. On the payment page, select "QR code redemption" as the payment method. 4. Scan the QR code in the lower left corner of the vending machine screen to retrieve your roaming SIM card.
This card is not returnable or exchangeable once sold.

Voucher Redemption Period
- The voucher must be redeemed on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
