- The itinerary is for reference only. The tour guide will give travelers the itinerary including activity schedules and hotel pick-up times
- The return time is subject to change depending on traffic conditions. Please refrain from arranging activities and flights other than this tour to avoid delays
- Refunds or compensation will not be granted to travelers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)

- Travelers with mobility challenges (wheelchair and/or crutches) cannot access Capilano Suspension Bridge nor Cliffwalk (part of Capilano Suspension Bridge Park); however, travelers are still welcome to enjoy totem poles, stunning nature views, gift shop, etc. located before the Bridge. Please note, No refund is given to this situation
