Purchase Notice
- After successful booking, the date, time, vehicle type, and driver/guide contact information will be sent to the customer via SMS or email one day in advance before 18:00 (this may be classified as spam, please check your spam folder). If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact customer service promptly.
- As this is a shared shuttle service, we will not contact guests in advance. All meeting points will depart on time except in special circumstances (please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 5-10 minutes in advance). The vehicle will not wait for guests and will depart on time. No changes will be accepted by tourists. There are corresponding time restrictions for shuttle and sightseeing, which are mainly based on the itinerary time. Please cooperate with each other and follow the unified arrangements of the driver or tour guide.
- Individuals booking shuttle bus tickets separately will not be allowed to leave the group. Leaving the group will result in a fine of 100,000 won per person, and staff will not accompany them into the snow park area.
- Ski resort timekeeping starts from the time of ticket purchase at the ticket window. The included cable car ticket is not valid for night skiing.
- The schedule is for reference only and may be adjusted or changed according to the situation and road conditions on the day. The schedule will be subject to the arrangements of the on-site staff.
- For passenger safety reasons, children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a guardian. Skiing experience is limited to children aged 5 and above, and snow mountain and ice park is limited to children aged 3 and above. Please be aware of this.
- Vehicles will be dispatched based on the number of people booked that day (7-9 seater vehicles have a maximum capacity of 8 people - including the front passenger seat and folding seats; 11 seater vehicles have a maximum capacity of 10 people - including the front passenger seat and folding seats; and large buses have a maximum capacity of 44 people).
- A lift ticket is required for entry to the ski resort. Ski equipment sizes range from a minimum of 92cm to a maximum of 163cm (ski boots: minimum 165mm, maximum 310mm). Snowboard equipment sizes range from a minimum of 110cm to a maximum of 163cm (snowboard boots: minimum 225mm, maximum 310mm) (actual sizes may vary). Ski boots and clothing will be provided based on availability. For safety reasons, no compensation or refund will be provided if skiing is impossible due to incompatible equipment or if the itinerary needs to be adjusted. Thank you for your understanding.
- Ski lessons are part of the tour and are optional for tourists. If a tourist does not participate in a lesson, it will be considered as an automatic waiver of the lesson, and the supplier will not refund the tour fee.
- Ski resort operating hours are subject to change and adjustment based on winter weather conditions in South Korea. If the ski resort is not open by your booked date or closes early, you will receive a full refund.
- Guests with high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women, or other conditions that are not suitable for excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity.
- The trip will not be cancelled due to rain or snow. In the event of force majeure (extreme weather or other factors), the supplier reserves the right to cancel the trip. In this case, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Goggles, helmets, gloves, neck warmers (face masks), etc. can be brought by yourself or rented or purchased on-site. If any equipment, ski suits, or accessories rented on-site are lost or damaged, compensation must be made in accordance with regulations (equipment provided by a regular rental shop, with a wide selection of styles and all equipment is disinfected and sterilized).
- Ski resort lockers: Card payment only.
- For your safety, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Ski resorts are complex environments, and children must be accompanied by a guardian and their safety must be taken into account. If an accident occurs or you injure others due to your own reasons during the trip, you will be solely responsible for any additional medical expenses. The supplier will not be liable and will not refund the trip fee.
- Please wear comfortable, suitable clothing and shoes for this trip. Those not participating in skiing are advised against wearing jeans or rain boots to the ski area.
Reminders
A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date

The itinerary is for reference only. The time and location may be changed on the day due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather. Please follow the tour guide's instructions.
Tour guides will be assigned based on language. If the number of participants for a particular language is insufficient, the guide will conduct the tour in Chinese.
Ski lessons will focus on basic movements and safe fall techniques, taught by professional instructors of both skis and snowboards, grouped according to the number of participants. If the minimum number of participants for one type of equipment is not reached, the guide will provide basic demonstrations and instruction using skis.
Skiing is an outdoor sport; please assess your physical condition before participating. It is not recommended for travelers who have undergone major surgery, fractures, or similar conditions to participate. If you insist on participating, you are solely responsible for your own safety. In the event of an accident due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact our staff immediately. KKday will do its best to provide assistance.

The company is not liable for any bodily injury or damage caused by accidents or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
