Our restaurant is a specialty shop where you can savor a variety of conger eel dishes in a calm, traditional Japanese setting. Our signature 'Anago-meshi' features conger eel grilled to fluffy perfection over charcoal, prepared using Yamayoshi's unique 'simmering' and 'steaming' methods, and is defined by the exquisite harmony of our secret sauce and seasoned rice. We also offer 'Anago Wappa,' which allows you to enjoy three different types of conger eel. Takeout is available, making it perfect for travel souvenirs or enjoying at home◎ We also have a rich selection of drinks that pair well with our food, including Himeji-brewed pale ale♪
The restaurant is a small space with 14 tables. It has a nostalgic feel to it, and is relaxing. It is a restaurant where you can casually drop in by yourself, as well as dine with family and friends.
While valuing traditional flavors, we offer each and every dish with the utmost care. We carefully select ingredients every day and pay close attention to ensure that the flavor is consistent.
Gift box style, perfect for gifts, can be ordered in packs of two or more. There are three types of souvenirs available: "Conger eel rice", "Conger eel sushi", and "Conger eel bento box". Some products are available in limited quantities, so it is recommended to contact them in advance.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
