On the day of departure, the tour may be canceled due to road traffic information, snowfall, or other unavoidable reasons. In this case, you will be guided to the meeting point (Shin-Osaka). *If the tour is canceled at the meeting point (Shin-Osaka), transportation costs to the meeting point cannot be refunded.
Arrival and departure times may be delayed due to road conditions, weather, and other unavoidable reasons. If you are late returning and need to take a taxi or stay overnight, KKday will not be able to cover your claim. Thank you for your understanding.
There have been many incidents of theft, loss, misplacement, and mistaking luggage between customers at departure, rest, and arrival points. The loading and unloading of luggage when boarding and disembarking the bus is a service provided by the bus driver and our staff, and we cannot accept responsibility for the storage and management of luggage that results from this. We ask that customers manage their own luggage.
There will be no tour conductor accompanying the tour. Please follow the instructions of the bus crew and conductor while the bus is in operation.
There is a limit to the amount of space in the trunk of the tour bus, so we cannot accept large suitcases (sum of the three sides is 150cm or more) or large luggage such as snowscoots. Other luggage is limited to one piece.
We do not guarantee that each rental item will be in stock. During peak periods such as the New Year holidays, consecutive holidays, weekends, and public holidays, it may take a long time to rent out items, so we recommend that you prepare your own equipment. If the size you want to rent (boards or clothing) is not available on the day at the venue, the tour fee will not be refunded.
Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Please refrain from drinking alcohol, eating, or talking loudly on the bus.
Due to amendments to the Road Traffic Act, wearing seat belts has become mandatory, so please cooperate by wearing them.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
