Our restaurant is a Japanese restaurant with the theme of "enjoying Japanese cuisine without feeling pressured, which is often thought to be out of reach." We offer three types of "omakase courses" to suit your budget, so that you can enjoy Japanese cuisine that makes the most of the most delicious seasonal ingredients and use all five senses. All seven courses, eight courses, and nine courses are available for 2-4 people. Please take your time to savor each dish.
We always have around 10 types of sake carefully selected by the owner. We change the brands from time to time depending on the season, so you can enjoy the changing seasons with your drinks. You can choose your favorite brand, or we can ask you about your preferences and make a recommendation. Our owner and chef, Takemoto Kentaro, honed his skills at the long-established Japanese restaurant "Shinbashi Kaneda Naka" and served as head chef at the Japanese restaurant "Mizuno" in Mukojima. He then opened his own restaurant, "Japanese Cuisine Takemoto" in Daikanyama. Our restaurant was re-opened in July 2023 under a new name, "Kyobashi Takemoto". The owner, who has honed his skills in Japanese cuisine, approaches his cooking every day without compromise, delivering elegant and delicate dishes that are "Takemoto-like".
Our restaurant is within walking distance of Kyobashi Station on the Ginza Line, Takaracho Station on the Asakusa Line, Ginza 1-Chome Station on the Yurakucho Line, and JR Tokyo Station, and is a sophisticated and relaxing Japanese space in the heart of the city. The interior has a calming atmosphere with the warmth of wood, and we offer counter seats where you can enjoy watching the cooking, a semi-private room that can accommodate up to 8 people, and table seats that can seat up to 12 people. Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
