Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to reservation times. Late arrivals will be considered a forfeiture of the reservation. No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted due to late arrival.

There is a time limit for meals, and extensions cannot be granted for shortened meal times due to late arrival.

This product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user, notwithstanding the terms and conditions of KKday. KKday customer service will provide maximum support, but please understand that we cannot be held responsible.

In the event that dining cannot proceed as scheduled due to natural disasters, KKday will refund the reservation seat fee.

You cannot make duplicate reservations for different restaurants within the same date and time slot.
