This tabletop stove is a product of the restaurant's commitment to its concept... in fact, it is a rare item that was reproduced with the cooperation of a manufacturer from a discontinued stove! The music is also mostly J-pop from the 2000s, giving it a nostalgic feel! The atmosphere of the restaurant makes it easy to enter even in casual clothes and sandals!

This is the perfect way to finish off your meal! It's half-sized, so you can eat it all in one go. We simmer eight different ingredients for eight hours, creating a light yet rich soup, and using carefully selected, chewy fresh noodles.
