We offer a course where you can enjoy Churashima Agu pork in shabu-shabu. The soup stock, which is made by melting the sweetness of the elegant fat of Agu pork, is exquisite. We use vegetables that go well with shabu-shabu, taking into consideration their compatibility with the meat. Please enjoy the elegant sweetness of the fat and the deliciousness of the vegetables to your heart's content. We also have many other courses that can be used for banquets and meals!
The fat of the Agu pork belly is delicious. Combined with the refreshing flavor of shiso leaves, this skewer is exquisite. After being carefully baked in the oven, it is lightly salted. In order to allow you to fully enjoy the sweetness and deliciousness of the fat, it is simply seasoned with coral salt. This is a must-try dish when you come to "Nagi".
Awamori has a bit of an idiosyncratic flavor... But don't worry! We also have a wide selection of awamori recommended for beginners. "Chatan Choro" is a little more expensive but has a great taste, "Ryu Gold" is idiosyncratic but easy to drink, and "Zanpa Shiro" is recommended for those who prefer a more neutral taste. We have a wide variety of awamori available.
