- 2021/02/13-2021/02/15 Traffic restrictions coincide with the Lunar New Year. Passengers who want to depart from Hualien during this period must depart at 6:00 a.m. in order to successfully enter Taroko. Please note that .
- Overtime fees are NT$300 per hour for 5-seater, NT$400 per hour for 7-seater, and NT$500 per hour for 9-seater.
- If snow chains are required due to road control during the snow season, please subsidize the fee of NT$600 per vehicle, which must be paid to the driver on site.
- Charter service must end at 22:00 at the latest.
- Children under 4 years old must inform the date of birth and weight in advance. One infant seat will be provided free of charge. From the second child, an additional NT$300 will be charged on site for each child.

Full refund in case of force majeure If the one-day tour is canceled due to force majeure such as typhoon, heavy rain, earthquake, etc., you can postpone the date of travel or cancel the reservation; if the reservation is canceled, we will provide a full refund.
Luggage regulations: 5-seater: up to 4 passengers, can hold 2-3 small and medium-sized luggage. 7-seater: maximum 6 passengers, can hold a small amount of luggage. 9-seater: maximum 8 passengers, can hold 4-6 pieces of medium-sized luggage.
Taking into account time control and tourist safety, if some attractions cannot be visited due to weather or other reasons, the driver will inform you on the day.
Please pay the additional fare in remote areas to the driver at the boarding site. The fee will be stated on the voucher.
The driver's contact information will be notified via text message one day before departure, so please pay attention.
If snow chains are required due to road control during the snow season, guests are asked to subsidize the installation fee of NT$ 2,000 per vehicle, which must be paid to the driver on site.

- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
