A branch of the members-only sushi restaurant 'Sushi Fujiro' in Nihonbashi. We offer 'New Edomae Sushi,' a fusion of 'Hakata-mae sushi,' 'Edomae sushi,' and our unique 'aged sushi,' available from a single piece. You can enjoy the same flavors and aesthetics of the main restaurant casually without a reservation. The restaurant features a terrace with a panoramic view of Tokyo Station, a dignified sushi counter, and an attached standing BAR. Open continuously from day to night, feel free to drop by for a meeting or while waiting for your Shinkansen. Please spend a special moment just the way you like it.
"Shin-Edomae Sushi (Aged Sushi)" is the culmination of Japan's most advanced technology, incorporating the latest refrigeration and preservation techniques and aging techniques that maximize the flavor of seafood. A paper on aging submitted through joint research with Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology won an award from the Japanese Society of Fisheries Science. Anyone can enjoy the advanced, cutting-edge "sushi" of "Sushi Fujiro," which does not rely solely on the intuition of the craftsman but instead utilizes logical and scientific aging techniques, which were previously only available to members or by invitation only.
"Shin-Edo-mae sushi" is based on the basic philosophy of fresh and mature sushi and a fusion of East and West. You can enjoy the contrast between the aged sushi and the extremely fresh Hakata-mae sushi served with snacks to go with your sake. Our restaurant is open from 11:00 a.m. onwards. You can enjoy the finest sushi after shopping, when meeting someone, while traveling, or while waiting for the Shinkansen. There is also a standing bar, so you can casually come just for the bar and drinks.
You can casually enjoy the finest sushi, expertly prepared by the chefs at the counter of our flagship store, Sushi Fujiro in Nihonbashi. You can order just one piece. We also offer seafood bowls made by our sushi chefs. You can savor the sushi to the fullest while chatting with the chef, or enjoy some sake with some snacks. Spend a special time however you like. We also offer authentic cocktails at the attached bar.
Our restaurant is a sushi restaurant with a bar where you can enjoy cutting-edge sushi, which was previously only available to members, at any time without making a reservation. The restaurant has an impressive space with a mirror ball, while its appearance is a condensed version of the world of "Fujiro" in Nihonbashi Kayabacho. You can get a panoramic view of Tokyo Station from the terrace. You can order from just one piece, so please come and enjoy your free time, such as before a meeting, while shopping, or after work. You can also use the bar only, so please feel free to drop by.

If you are unable to come to our restaurant, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure. If you do not cancel, you will be charged the following fees (the actual fee will be based on the information on your reservation confirmation): *Reservation changes must be made by the day before. *If you do not arrive within 15 minutes without prior notice, your reservation will be cancelled. [Cancellation fee on the day] 11:00-16:00: 5,000 yen per person / 17:00 onwards: 10,000 yen per person. (Based on the amount equivalent to the price per person and the price of the course) Our restaurant reserves seats approximately one hour before your scheduled arrival time. Many of our customers travel from far away, and we have set these fees to deter cancellations and reduce the number of people we have to turn away.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.

If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
