A new industrial cafe that combines a bakery and a coffee roasting factory. The bread crafted by our artisans uses 100% natural yeast and high-quality flour shipped directly from Tokachi, and we pride ourselves on our wide lineup ranging from savory to sweet items♪ Please enjoy it with coffee carefully roasted by our roasters and brewed by our baristas. We also offer a variety of our original signature drinks. Perfect for cafe lovers and a wide range of occasions◎ Please relax and spend a pleasant time while watching the cooking process.
Bread & Bean is a combination of bread and coffee beans. The initial letter B is squared to form the name B2. The flagship store opened in Kiyosumi Shirakawa in 2020 as a new industrial cafe that combines a bakery and a coffee roasting factory, and currently has four stores in Tokyo. We are creating stores that allow you to feel the lively presence of bread, beans, and the bakers, roasters, and baristas.
We use 100% natural fruit yeast for fermentation, based on the desire to provide delicious and healthy food. The flour is delivered directly from Maeda Farm in Tokachi, which is popular for its high quality. For a limited time, we also offer new wheat that is harvested that year and quickly milled. Another attraction is the wide range of breads available. We offer a wide range of side dishes, sweets, sandwiches, cakes, and more, and our selection changes with the seasons and days, so you can enjoy a variety of flavors.
Our coffee beans are carefully roasted by experienced roasters and come in a wide variety of roasts, from light to dark. We use a roasting machine called "LORINGA15" that circulates hot air throughout the roaster, so each bean is roasted evenly. This prevents uneven roasting, prevents unpleasant flavors, and brings out the full flavor. Our baristas carefully brew the coffee before serving it to you. Please enjoy our wide variety of original brands that have a hint of fruitiness and cacao. We also sell coffee beans retail.
In addition to takeout, all our products can be enjoyed inside the store. All the seats are arranged side by side around the central staff work space. The kitchen is made of glass, so you can enjoy the cooking scene. A French bulldog painting by New Zealand artist Bridget Tyson watches over customers and staff. Recommended for those who like cafe hopping, coffee and bread.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
