Our specialty appetizer is "steamed cabbage in a bamboo steamer." We use only fresh cabbage delivered directly from the source, and by steaming it in a bamboo steamer, we have succeeded in bringing out the maximum flavor. This specialty dish is served as an appetizer. You can eat it with two types of sauce that change regularly, or just eat it with salted kelp. It also goes great with grilled skewers! Many customers come to our restaurant just because they want to eat cabbage. Refills are free, so please feel free to ask for a second serving when you visit ♪

If you want to enjoy excellent yakitori around Machida Station, come to our restaurant. We offer delicious skewers of healthy and mellow-tasting "first thing in the morning chicken" delivered every morning from Azumino, Shinshu, and "fresh domestic pork" with a soft texture and rich sweetness. To prevent the smell of excess fat from dripping off, our skilled craftsmen carefully grill each skewers. Please enjoy Kushibei's proud masterpiece.

This bar was renovated from an old house, and has a warm wooden theme that still retains the atmosphere of the past. It has a wide frontage and perfect air conditioning, so you can use it with peace of mind. The first floor is a lively and fun space, while the second floor has relaxing smoking seats (some non-smoking seats). It is perfect for banquets and drinking parties, and we also have semi-private rooms for 4 to 12 people.

We always have over 20 types of carefully selected local sake on hand that we highly recommend to go with your yakitori. We have a wide selection of sake from all over Japan (Kubota, Denshu, Dassai, etc.), so alcohol lovers will be delighted. We also have a lineup of six famous sakes sourced from a sake brewery in Kanagawa that go especially well with Kushibei's yakitori.
