The interior is a dimly lit, chic, and mature space filled with the sounds of jazz. We use only the 'Hinai Jidori,' the pinnacle of Japan's three most delicious chicken breeds. Grilled to perfection over Binchotan charcoal, you can savor the fragrant skin and juicy, savory flavors. To enhance the taste of our signature chicken, we offer not only over 15 types of seasonal local sake but also a rich selection of shochu and wine. Perfect for dates, after-work drinks, business entertainment, or welcome and farewell parties. Please enjoy the flavors and comfort we have cultivated over 25 years. All-you-can-drink courses are available.
We only use Hinai-jidori chicken and offer it cooked rare or according to the cut of chicken. *If you don't like rare cooking, please feel free to ask the staff.
The chic and calm interior with black as the base color and jazz music playing can be used for various occasions such as business meetings, dates, meals with friends, etc. If you have a preference for counter seating, a table, or a semi-private room, please feel free to ask when making a reservation.
In addition to the popular lemon sour, we also have a wide selection of wines, shochu, and various brands of local sake that go perfectly with Hinai Jidori chicken!
We have a wide variety of dishes, from delicacies that can only be enjoyed with Hinai Jidori chicken, such as raw liver, to easy snacks, our proud potato salad, and final dishes such as oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl). In addition, seasonal limited menus using ingredients according to the season allow you to enjoy Hinai all year round.

- If you are reserving a table only, we will limit your seating to two hours (last order: 30 minutes before the scheduled time) during peak hours. Thank you for your understanding. Also, if you are late in arriving or joining us, your stay may be shortened depending on the reservation situation. Thank you for your understanding. *If you are reserving a course meal, we will limit your seating to 2.5 hours during peak hours.

- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
