1. 2. APP Registration Process: Download and open the Hami Video APP (https://hamivideo.hinet.net/event/appDownload.do) → Log in/Register for a member account → Click 'Redeem' in the menu → Enter the voucher serial number → The message 'Redemption Successful' will appear, indicating that registration is complete. 
3. This serial number is unique and can only be registered once. Once registered, the serial number is considered redeemed and cannot be canceled, returned, converted into cash, or transferred to another member account. By completing the redemption, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. 
4. This voucher must be registered before the serial number expiration date and used within the specified period. 
5. If you are already subscribed to the monthly service for the specific Hami Video category, you will not be able to redeem this voucher. 
6. This voucher is limited to the redemption of the specified products and duration mentioned above and cannot be exchanged. 
7. Hami Video service content is copyrighted and available for use only within Taiwan. 
8. One Hami Video account can be logged in on up to 3 devices (regardless of type, brand, or operating system) simultaneously.  
9. Hami Video reserves the right to modify, change, or terminate the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. The amount stated on the electronic voucher is covered by a full performance guarantee provided by DBS Bank (Taiwan) Ltd. from the date of sale/top-up, valid for one year from the date of sale/top-up.
11. This voucher is for the redemption of goods/services only and cannot be exchanged for cash. If unused or expired, the holder should contact the original purchaser to apply for a refund through the online channel where it was purchased, using the invoice. Once the refund application is approved by the channel or issuer, the issuer reserves the right to charge a 3% handling fee of the refunded amount.
12. This voucher is bearer-based and can be used by anyone. Please keep it safe; it will not be reissued or refunded if stolen or lost.
13. A unified invoice is issued at the time of sale. No additional invoice will be issued for the goods or services redeemed with this voucher, unless otherwise required by relevant laws or regulations.
14. The validity of this voucher is subject to the status recorded in the issuer's system. In case of system delays due to network connectivity, the information from the merchant's system shall prevail.
15. This voucher is a valuable instrument; please do not forge or alter it to avoid criminal liability.
16. Due to operational factors, there is a 1-45 day delay in the DBS performance guarantee inquiry function. Please wait patiently.
