Purchase Notice

  • Only visitors to Japan can purchase this ticket, so please be sure to bring your passport with you when using it.
  • Foreigners and Japanese residents in Japan cannot purchase it.
  • You can purchase tickets for up to 8 people at a time (including the user, if all other members are tourists visiting Japan).
  • This ticket is valid for 5 consecutive days from the first day of use. One day is from 3:00 am to 2:59 am the next day.
  • The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • Full refund available before use only.
  • Once the ticket has been used, no refund can be requested for any reason. Even if the train is suspended due to weather conditions, we will not accept requests to extend the validity period of tickets, refunds, or change the number of tickets.



Reminders
