  • Guests staying at Tanjung Aru Resort can simply walk over. Guests staying elsewhere, please search for Shangri-La Tanjung Aru and arrive at the Kina Wing lobby by 8:40 to meet your guide. (Please confirm your booking using the name of the lead traveler.)
  • Transfer to Sapi Island (10 minutes)

  • Board a speedboat with other teams and travel for about 8 minutes. The boat departure time is 9:00. (Meeting times may change slightly depending on the departure time. We will notify you individually via KakaoTalk the day before.)
  • Table assignment and safety briefing (20 minutes)

  • Each group will be assigned a table and provided with snorkeling masks. (Fins are available for an additional fee and may be subject to availability.) Snorkeling equipment is included, so there is no rental fee, but a fee of 100 MYR per item will be charged for loss. Please return them after use. Your guide will provide information on snorkeling spots and safety guidelines. Those who have booked water sports will be informed of the precautions and procedures for each activity.

  • Those who have booked water sports or wish to sign up on-site will be assigned times and proceed in order under the guidance of the staff. (Sea walking / Parasailing / Jet ski, etc.) You may enjoy snorkeling freely within the safety buoys in the water. Life jackets must be worn at all times. Please be aware that failure to wear one may result in warnings from safety staff or forced removal from the water.
  • Lunch (40 minutes) - Lunch starts around 12:00. We have prepared food that suits the Korean palate, and kimchi is also provided!

  • Return to Tanjung Aru Resort Star Marina pier (10 minutes)
  • After all island tours are finished, we will depart from the island around 14:00~14:30. ※ Departure time may vary depending on local conditions.

  • The tour may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not met.
  • We will inform you of the exact boat departure time (9:00) and meeting time via KakaoTalk the day before departure.
  • This is a joint product, so if you are late due to personal reasons, you will not be able to use the product.
  • Customers who have selected the option including the lounge are requested to indicate the lounge visit date, whether airport transfer is required, and the time of shuttle use in the <Requests> section.
  • Please write the English names and passport numbers of all members of the reservation in the <Requests> section for the purpose of completing boarding documents.
  • You do not need to bring a passport.
  • As this tour is heavily affected by weather, it may be cancelled the day before or on the day of.
  • It is difficult to proceed with the tour for pregnant women.
  • It is difficult to proceed with the tour if you have respiratory diseases or a history of surgery.
  • For safety reasons, it is difficult to proceed with the tour for those who need to wear hearing aids or earplugs.
  • Individuals with systemic diseases or poor physical or mental condition are advised to exercise caution when using the service and must inquire when making a reservation.
  • Those who have a hangover or have consumed alcohol on the day cannot participate.
  • You may not participate if your health condition on the day is deemed to pose a health risk.
  • Please note that the theft or loss of personal belongings is considered personal negligence.
  • Please pay attention to safety under the guidance of the guide, and be sure to wear a life jacket while snorkeling. The company cannot provide assistance if this is not observed.
  • Wearing a life jacket is mandatory, and please avoid acting independently in areas without safety personnel.
  • As this tour is heavily affected by weather, it may be cancelled the day before or on the day of.
  • Although it is not mandatory, it is generally recommended to tip the local guide and boatman about 10 ringgit (approximately 2,000 to 3,000 won) per team.
  • We recommend purchasing individual travel insurance.
