Entry Ticket/s and audio guide details will be delivered via email used during the booking process (and/or Whatsapp), within 24 hours before the activity

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the activity starts for the voucher exchange

By Pantheon's mandatory regulations, please provide your complete name(s), preferably as stated on your passport, for each participant during the booking process. If in case that you will not be prompted to provide this info, please email the tour operator after booking

For the verification process, please present a valid passport or identification during the activity. This measure is in place to ensure a smooth and secure experience for all participants

The local tour operator shall not be held liable if the attraction denies entry due to a booking error

EU Citizen or Youth Tickets (18-25 years old) are exclusively reserved for EU citizens

You must exchange your voucher before the tour begins

Wear clothing that covers at least the shoulders and knees, if your clothing does not comply with the rules, you may be denied entry

The Pantheon is subject to closure without prior notice for masses and/or extraordinary event

Late arrivals will not be accommodated and not be refunded.
