► Unavoidable schedule changes and cancellations

• If the disembarkation schedule at Shimonoseki Port changes due to sudden changes in the Pukwan Ferry operation schedule (vessel issues, sea wave conditions, natural disasters, etc.) and it is determined that meeting for the bus tour is impossible, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation with a full refund. 
• This bus tour operates on a strict on-time departure basis. If you are unable to board due to personal delays in disembarkation (e.g., delays in immigration or customs inspection for personal reasons), it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• This tour is conducted in accordance with the boarding schedule for Pukwan Ferry passengers returning to Korea on the day of the tour. Please follow the guide's instructions and guidance. Please note that certain tourist spots may be excluded or stay times may be reduced due to road or local conditions.
