This pass allows for unlimited rides on Fukuoka city buses for one day. You can also choose to purchase an add-on for the Dazaifu Liner Bus 'Tabito' (Hakata Station/Fukuoka Airport to Dazaifu area).
Each ticket also allows one elementary school student to ride for free, making it a must-have pass for sightseeing, shopping, or business.

Additionally, you can enjoy discounts at participating facilities by showing your Fukuoka City One-day Pass. For details, please refer to the 'List of Special Offer Facilities' on the official Japanese website

－ How to Use －

  • When boarding, please take a 'numbered ticket' from the orange box. When getting off, place the ticket in the fare box and show the digital ticket screen on your smartphone to the driver.
  • Please use your mobile phone to click the link received in the confirmation email after booking and press the 'Use' button.  
  • To ensure you can easily show your smartphone screen to the staff, please avoid turning off your phone before getting off the bus.  
  • The digital ticket requires an internet connection to operate. Please ensure your mobile device can access the internet beforehand.

How to Use Your Voucher

  • Please present the e-voucher on-site
When your reservation is completed, the system will send an order confirmation email to the email box you logged in. Please check the attached email for the voucher containing the QR Code. You can also click the order details link in the letter to confirm the order information.

Voucher Redemption Period

  • Valid for redemption within 3month(s) from the date of issue; Invalid after expiration

Validity Period

  • Valid for use within 3month(s) from the date of issue; Invalid after expiration

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
