Product Info

At 'an' (庵), a Japanese cultural experience center in Kanda, Tokyo, everyone can enjoy learning about Japanese culture.
Why not take your first step into Japanese culture at 'an'?
We have prepared many fun and educational experience programs for you!

Nerikiri is a type of 'jo-namagashi' (fine fresh sweet). You will use colorful bean paste to shape them into seasonal flowers or fruits!

The color scheme and balance are where you can show off your sense of style.
We use bean paste from a long-established shop in Kyoto, so you will end up with an authentic sweet.
Afterward, you will whisk your own matcha; the elegant sweetness of the bean paste is the perfect match for the matcha.
Come to 'an' to experience tea and enjoy Japanese culture!
