The cancellation fee mentioned in the policy refers to the total amount.
This itinerary requires secondary confirmation: the boat schedule will only be confirmed after booking and payment are completed. If there is no boat available, a full refund will be issued, or we will assist in arranging other boat types.
After payment is completed, you will receive a payment success notification email within 1 hour, and you will be notified whether the booking was successful within 48 hours. Please wait patiently for a reply.

The trip will be issued with an electronic invoice, which will be mailed to you by the system within three days after the event.
The equipment provided private charter boat is non-replaceable and cannot be exchanged for cash, regardless of whether it is used or not. Any damage caused during use will be compensated at cost.
If a typhoon land warning is issued or the wave height is above 1.8 meters (depending on the vessel type), the trip may be cancelled, with a full refund or rescheduling.
If the vessel experiences mechanical problems that prevent it from setting sail, we will provide a full refund or assist in replacing it with one or two vessels of the same type to accommodate the same number of passengers. Arrangements for transportation, meals, and accommodation related to this itinerary are not the responsibility of our company.
Reminders
Passengers need to bring identification documents (ID card or health insurance card) for random inspection by coast guard personnel.
You need to be barefoot when boarding the boat. There is a shoe basket on the boat for tourists to place their shoes. No refunds will be given for last-minute cancellations while on the boat.
There is an ice bucket on board. For hygiene reasons, please bring your own large towel and use Friendly Ocean sunscreen to ensure your own safety.
Before sailing, avoid eating dairy products and avoid discomfort from overeating. Please take seasickness medication half an hour before sailing.
Pets are allowed on board this ship (pet diapers are required for cleaning and cleaning fee will be charged). If damage is caused, the pet owner will be responsible for compensation!
It is not recommended to board the ship if you have been feeling unwell recently, are pregnant, have chronic diseases, or have heart disease!
Boarding safety comes first, and the captain’s requests and suggestions are given priority! If it causes pollution, you will be responsible for cleaning it up, and if you use it improperly, you will be responsible for compensation for damages.
If there is any illegal activity, the trip will be terminated and the flight will be returned immediately without any refund, and collateral losses will be paid! The company will reserve the right of legal recourse.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 35 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 21 to 34 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply
- For cancellations made 16 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–15 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
