  • If the pick-up location is far from Kota Kinabalu city, additional charges will apply (MYR80 / group)

Pickup details and tour updates will be communicated via your Klook voucher. Please check it regularly, especially if we are unable to reach you directly.
  • Our driver will arrive at your designated pickup location and wait for a maximum of 10 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Guests who fail to arrive within the waiting period will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.
