In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

Vehicles are assigned based on the number of participants. For small groups, a driver will be the sole service provider and no additional tour leader will be assigned.

A small car may be used for the tour, so please avoid bringing large luggage. If luggage is necessary, please inform us in advance.

Children under 3 years old will not be provided the optional add-ons like meals, sightseeing boats, or cable car rides. Each adult is allowed to bring one1 child under 3 years old on the cable car for free. Children aged 3-5 years old are provided with a kid's meal, while children aged 6 and above have the same meal as adults. (To change to a children's meal, please inform us no later than 2 days before departure. Changes cannot be made on the day of departure)

The return time is affected by traffic, weather, holidays, and other force majeure events. Travellers should carefully consider the travel arrangements before booking. If a delay occurs, we will not be able to compensate for any incurred losses such as alternative transportation or other arrangements

Please note that the scheduled itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic, local events, restaurant reservations, changes in the operation of attractions and facilities, etc.

This tour involves a lengthy transfer. Travellers' discretion is advised, and suppliers cannot be held liable for any medical emergencies

In the event of trip termination due to force majeure factors like the weather, natural disasters or low number of participants, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on actual expenses incurred. Other additional costs, such as return transportation or local accommodation, will be at travellers' expenses. No-shows, those who leave the group midway or forfeits the tour will not be refunded or compensated.

It's not a cause for objection or withdrawal from the tour if the itinerary or activity is affected by the tour's transportation being late (due to breakdown or traffic). Refund or compensation is also now possible for changes/delays in itinerary due to weather, strikes, or unexpected events.

If the tour is cancelled or suspended due to special circumstances such as bad weather, natural disasters, technical issues, traffic accidents, war, coup, strike, riot, government order, etc., which are not attributable to the travel agency: Before departure: The full tour fee will be refunded. After departure: The refund will be based on actual expenses incurred. In this case, the group members may not object or request compensation for any reason. Travellers will be soley responsible for all incurred losses or additional expenses

Leaving the group midway is deemed as automatically forfeiting the unfinished itinerary without a refund

If the Ine Bay Sightseeing Boat is cancelled due to bad weather or other reasons, the group boat fare will be refunded and travellers will enjoy free time to walk around the bay instead

Amanohashidate Chairlift and Monorail may be closed unexpectedly due to weather or maintenance. Travellers muse choose one depending on the availability of the day. If both are closed, the Amanohashidate Chairlift/Monorail fare will be refunded and and travellers will enjoy free time to walk around instead

Please wear light clothing and shoes. Gloves are recommended when feeding eagles and seagulls. If an eagle is spotted while feeding seagulls, please stop feeding and keep the food away from your hands. When feeding, keep the food away from your face to avoid being pecked

Each traveller may only take up 1 seat. Bus seating will be arranged on-site and cannot be specified. During the tour, travellers may have to sit with other travellers in the group. Seating arrangements are up to the tour guide and the facility's setup on the day of the tour

For all travellers' rights and safety, please inform us of any chronic illnesses, mobility impairments, or other conditions upon booking

The itinerary, stay time at each attraction, and the return time is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic and weather conditions. Some attractions may be cancelled.

Travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a traveller over the age of 18, or they will not be allowed to participate. Travellers aged 80 and above must be accompanied by family or friends. We apologize for any inconvenience caused

[Package without Meal] There aren't many restaurants and shops in Amanohashidate. It is advised to bring light snack to avoid being overcharged or spending too much time looking for a place to eat

Travellers who book the package without lunch can opt in for lunch on the day at the on-site pricing

If a vegetarian diet is requirement, please inform us in the "Remarks" in the booking; otherwise we will not be able to arrange vegetarian meals on-site

Meal options may be adjusted based on the ingredients availability on the day. If the scheduled restaurant is closed unexpectedly or fully booked, a different dining location and meal of the same value will be arranged. We reserve the right to flexibly adjust meal options and schedule to ensure a smooth itinerary

The main language of this tour is Mandarin. The tour guide can speak Mandarin and Japanese, but cannot do the full guided tour in Japanese. If a language other than Mandarin is required, the tour guide can only use translation software to provide simple assistance.

Travellers are not allowed to join the tour mid-way
