- Pick-up at your designated hotel in Nagoya at the scheduled time. We recommend a 8:30-18:30 vehicle service, departing from your Nagoya hotel at 8:30 AM.
- Around 11:00 Arrive at ▼ Hida Takayama Old Town. The center of Takayama, located in the Hida region of northern Gifu Prefecture, has preserved the complete form of a castle town and merchant town since the Edo period, earning it the nickname 'Little Kyoto of Hida.' You can stroll through the 'Sanmachi' district, built during the Meiji and Taisho eras, taste local delicacies like Hida beef and Takayama ramen, and admire crafts that showcase the superb skills of Hida artisans. Hida Takayama is full of charm. Recommended visit: Miyagawa Morning Market. Takayama's morning market is one of the three major morning markets in Japan. The market is held in front of the Miyagawa River and Takayama Jinya. Located along a 350-meter stretch of the Miyagawa River, which flows through the center of town, from Kajibashi Bridge to Yayoi Bridge, there are over 60 stalls. The riverside near the street features open-air stalls selling vegetables, fruits, pickles, and spices, while the street side is mainly lined with shops selling snacks, desserts, and crafts. In addition to local specialties like Sarubobo dolls, wood carvings, chopsticks, and other Japanese trinkets, you can also find homemade puddings, taiyaki, dango, Hida beef skewers, and coffee. - 15:00 ▼ Shirakawa-go Gassho-zukuri Village (120 minutes) Surrounded by mountains and crisscrossed by rice paddies and flowing rivers, Shirakawa-go is known as a kingdom of forests and streams. The Ogimachi village in Shirakawa-go is the largest of the three World Heritage-listed villages (Shirakawa-go, and Suganuma and Ainokura in Gokayama), featuring 152 houses. The name Shirakawa-go comes from the white, murky water formed when the Shirakawa River, flowing from the sacred Mount Hakusan, merges with the Sho River. The Shiroyama Observation Deck is located in the northeastern part of the Ogimachi village, offering a panoramic view of the Gassho-zukuri village and the sprawling Mount Hakusan.

Reminders
The first child seat can be provided free of charge, and an additional 2,000 yen will be charged for each second child seat (payable on site). Please note this when placing an order.
This is a private charter car trip service for a one-day chartered tour. The trip takes 10 hours. If you exceed the time limit, you must pay the driver an extra fee on site.
Overtime fee will be charged: 7-10 seats 5000 yen/hour, 14 seats 8000 yen/hour, minibus 10000 yen/hour (payable on site)
In case of bad weather conditions such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., we will decide whether to cancel the tour 1 day before departure (local time 18:00), and will notify you by email at any time thereafter.
The driver will wait for 30 minutes for free from the scheduled pick-up time. If the guest is late, the late time will be deducted directly from the total time of the original private charter car, and no additional time will be added. If the waiting time at the hotel/B&B and other pick-up locations exceeds 30 minutes and the guest cannot be contacted, the driver will leave the scene and charge the full amount, and no refund will be made.

If you are late and are unable to complete the trip within the scheduled service time, you can choose to continue the trip and pay the overtime fee, or choose to adjust the itinerary to shorten the tour time to within the service time.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
