Purchase Notice

1. This product requires 50 photos and 5 retouched photos. All photos have been processed to ensure quality. After the photo shoot is completed, the simple edit will be uploaded to Google Drive in about 10 working days. Please select 5 photos from the simple edit for the refined edit. The refined version will be uploaded within 10 working days. The studio will only keep the finished film for 7 days, so it needs to be downloaded as soon as possible.
2. You need to confirm the shooting time, location, and number of people with the customer service
3. Please do not be late on the day of the shoot. If you fail to arrive at the agreed time, the shooting time will start to be calculated from 10 minutes later.
4. This product is shot for 1-4 people. If you need to increase the number of people, please contact customer service for confirmation. Each additional person will be charged an additional 3,000 yen
5. Once the product is purchased, it is deemed that you accept all the instructions of the above store products
6. This trip only includes photography services and does not provide kimono experience.

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations made at least 3 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
