Holiday surcharges

3. Please decide on your pick-up and drop-off points at least one day in advance so that the driver/guide can plan the route.
4. According to Korean regulations, children under the age of 6 must use child safety seats. If you require a child safety seat, please purchase it as an add-on option when booking the private charter car.
5. For routes within Jeju City, the hotel address must be within 5 kilometers of Jeju Airport.
6. If the number of hours used is less than the total number of hours selected by the passenger, a partial refund will not be possible based on the number of hours missed.
7. Add-on/Extra Fee Explanation
- If either the pick-up or drop-off point is not in Jeju City, you can select the add-on option. If you do not select the add-on option, the driver/guide has the right to charge KRW35,500 on-site.
- To increase the number of hours of private charter car service, you can select the option to purchase additional service hours, or pay KRW33,000/hour on-site.
-When the vehicle travels more than 150 kilometers or the route crosses the (East, West, South) area, there will be an extra kilometer fee for the round-the-island cross-area route. You can select the option to purchase this fee or pay KRW59,000 on the spot.
- If the pick-up/drop-off location is located in a city outside Jeju Island and the travel direction is opposite (e.g., the hotel is located in the east and the travel destination is in the west), it will be considered a round-island tour, and an additional cross-regional fee will be charged to the driver/guide. This fee can be selected as an add-on option or paid on-site for KRW 59,000.
-If the itinerary includes watching the sunrise, departing early in the morning, you can select to purchase it in the add-on option. If you do not select to purchase, the driver/guide has the right to refuse.
- Early departure fee: If you need to depart before 8:00 AM, an additional fee of KRW20,000 will be charged on-site.
8. Luggage Information (Please accurately fill in the quantity and size of your luggage. Our company will not be held responsible if the reserved vehicle cannot accommodate your luggage due to incorrect information provided during booking.)
- The standard luggage size is 24 inches.
- Suitcases 28 inches or larger will be counted as 2 passengers.
Two suitcases of 20 inches or 24 inches or larger will be counted as one passenger.
- One stroller/folding wheelchair is equivalent to two passengers by default. Please inform us when ordering if you are bringing a stroller/wheelchair.
- If you will be traveling with large luggage on the day of departure, please be sure to refer to the maximum passenger capacity of the vehicle model. If you need to change to a larger vehicle or add a luggage cart due to the excess amount of luggage on the day of departure, you will need to pay the price difference yourself. You will also need to bear the additional cost of the time required to change vehicles.
To ensure your travel experience, please choose a larger vehicle if you have a lot of luggage or large items.
9. Please note! This private charter car service is only applicable to "tourism" services and not for any photography purposes (such as wedding photography, commercial photography, etc.).
-Because wedding photography requires staff assistance in selecting shooting locations and driver/guide assistance in moving shooting equipment on and off the vehicle, an additional fee of KRW50,000 will be charged on-site.

In the event of special warning weather, the charter service may be canceled. If the service is cancelled, we will contact you one day before the charter date.
The itinerary route and time are subject to change and adjustment due to weather, traffic conditions or other special factors on the day.
If the attractions are closed due to bad weather or other force majeure factors on the day of the itinerary, the driver will make alternative suggestions and adjust the itinerary, but cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.
The charter service time is the number of hours selected by the passenger, including the time when the passenger is late. If the trip is overtime due to personal reasons during the trip, additional overtime fees will be paid.
The driver will inform you of the exact reception time in advance. Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 to 15 minutes before the reception time. In case of inconvenient parking in some hotels, no parking lot at the accommodation, traffic accidents, or traffic control at large events, the driver has the right to We apologize for changing the pick-up location and time, and please follow our instructions to move to a nearby or other designated location.
If there are special circumstances in the scenic spots visited on the day of the itinerary that require the driver to purchase a ticket to enter, the driver will not enter the scenic spot and will wait at the agreed location. We apologize for your understanding.
Customer service will contact you via SNS (Line/Whatsapp/Wechat) 2-3 days before the private charter car departure date and plan your itinerary and suggestions in advance. -All travel itineraries of our company do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities present specific risks and hazards. Guests should assess their own health and abilities. The Company is not responsible for bodily injury or loss caused by accidents or unforeseen factors.
