• Tainan → Kaohsiung International Airport
  1. Those wishing to take the ride must complete registration and payment by 19:00 the day before their scheduled departure time. [Example] To book a ride on August 1st, you must complete the reservation and payment no later than 19:00 on July 31st.
  2. Passengers wishing to take the 00:00 departure, please note: For example, if you wish to take the departure at 12:00 on July 2nd, please make a reservation for the 00:00 departure on July 3rd before 19:00 on July 2nd.
  3. Passenger numbers must include infants and children. Children aged 0-5 years travel for free, but must be accompanied by an adult and do not occupy a separate seat. One adult may bring one child for free (a discounted ticket is required for the second and subsequent children).
  4. When passengers wish to bring pets on this bus, the pet carrier must be made of sturdy, rigid plastic material that conforms to IATA specifications (Standards for Pet Carriers for International Air Travel). The maximum external height of the pet carrier must not exceed 70 cm, and the maximum external width must not exceed 90 cm. Additionally, our company accepts service dogs such as guide dogs. These dogs must be kept on a leash and at the passenger's feet throughout the journey. These dogs are not subject to IATA specifications (Standards for Pet Carriers for International Air Travel).
  5. Passengers may bring bicycles on board. In accordance with the regulations for personal belongings (each item must not exceed 150 cm in length, and the sum of length, width and height must not exceed 220 cm, and the total weight must not exceed 40 kg), bicycles must be folded to meet the above dimensions and stored in the bicycle bag.
  6. The bus is not accessible to wheelchairs.
  7. If you are bringing a stroller, please fold it up and put it in the bus luggage compartment.
  8. Passengers should bring their own luggage, bicycles, and strollers, or have them with anti-collision measures to avoid damage caused by the luggage being squeezed during travel.

  2. This ticket is valid only for the reserved departure time. Please arrive early. If you are unable to board on the scheduled date, the fare will not be refunded.
  3. Tainan Citizen Card discounts do not apply to this route.
  4. Anyone purchasing a half-price ticket must provide relevant proof; if unable to provide proof, the difference in price for a full-price ticket must be paid.
  5. The travel time is approximately 90-120 minutes, but this may vary depending on the actual driving conditions and road conditions.
  6. The arrival time of the airport shuttle bus may be slightly affected by traffic conditions. To avoid delays in check-in and boarding, you must take the bus at least four hours before your flight's departure. We will not be liable for any losses caused by failure to take the bus in advance.
  7. Foreign passengers and those holding residence permits are not eligible for half-price tickets.
  8. For on-site last-minute boarding, if there are unsold seats on this bus, you can board directly with cash without receiving change. To avoid seats being sold out and delaying your trip, please make a reservation in advance.
  9. If the incident is at our fault while the shuttle bus is en route to Kaohsiung International Airport, we will arrange for you to take a specific vehicle. If you are unable to board your booked flight for any reason, we will provide you with a ticket for the same flight segment (economy class only) or the equivalent amount as compensation.

Discount tickets are valid for:

• Discount tickets are limited to passengers of Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality. Eligible recipients:
  1. School-aged children aged 6-12
  2. Seniors aged 65 and above
  3. Holding a disability certificate and having one necessary caregiver.
  4. Children aged 0-5 years can ride for free, but they do not occupy a separate seat and must be accompanied by an adult. One adult can bring one child for free (a concession ticket is required for the second and subsequent children).
  5. For discounted tickets, if the ticket does not meet the discount criteria upon on-site verification, the difference must be paid on-site.
• There are no short-distance tickets available on this route. The Kaohsiung to Tainan route is for passengers to disembark only; the Tainan to Kaohsiung route is for passengers to board only. If you are unable to board after the designated date, the fare will not be refunded.
  
• Those who miss their train after the scheduled departure time may board the next train when there are available seats, but no refunds will be given.
  

Refund Policy:

• If you request a refund before 19:00 the day before your scheduled flight, you can cancel your reservation and receive a refund through the original ticketing platform. No refunds will be issued after this time. Please consider this carefully before purchasing tickets. 【Example】To cancel your reservation for August 1st, you must submit your refund request no later than 19:00 on July 31st. The system company will then verify the request and issue a refund.
• In the event of force majeure (such as flight cancellations/delays, etc.), passengers can use their original tickets to board other flights on the same day, but will need to queue on-site.
• If you need to get a refund due to force majeure, please prepare supporting documents and apply for a full refund through the original channel.
