After receiving the itinerary confirmation form, it means that the reservation is completed. Please go to the experience on the designated date and time of purchase, and present the voucher on the spot to inform the counter staff of the "six-digit redemption code" to complete the check-in procedure. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
