► Do environmental taxes and dock taxes have to be paid in cash only?

Yes, it is cash only. Since these fees must be paid to the Saipan government, card payments are not accepted. You need to bring some cash as you must pay a $3 pier fee and a $10 environmental fee before entering Managaha Island.

► How do I request lunch boxes and equipment?

You can make a request with the Korean manager the day before the tour. On the day before, we will send you tour-related information via KakaoTalk, including a reconfirmation of your reservation and instructions on requesting equipment and lunch boxes. Instructions on how to request lunch boxes and equipment rentals are provided, so please review the details and make your requests directly.

Is there anything I need to pack?

We recommend bringing a towel to dry yourself with your swimwear. It is also advisable to wear your swimsuit (or rash guard) in advance, as there are no separate changing rooms on Managaha Island and you can only change in the restrooms.

Is the tip included in the product price?

Paying a tip is not mandatory. However, if you were satisfied with the tour, it is a good idea to give a tip of about 10% of the product price.

► Is luggage storage available, such as suitcases?

Luggage storage, including suitcases, is not available.

► Will the tour be canceled in case of rain?

Tours to Managaha Island are rarely canceled due to rain. This is because, even if it rains in Saipan, the rain is usually in the form of showers that stop quickly. While cancellations may occur in the event of severe winds like a typhoon, this is one of the tours where such occurrences are very rare. If the tour becomes unavailable, a Korean manager will assist you. Date changes or refunds are available.

1) Hotel Pickup - The pickup time will be provided on the voucher in accordance with the boat reservation time.

• Pickup/drop-off is available only at major hotels (pickup is not available at hotels other than major ones).
• List of Major Hotels: Coral Ocean / PIC / World / Grand Briio / Crowne Plaza / Mariana Beach / Aqua / Kensington (Total 8 Hotels)
• If the hotel you are staying at is not a major hotel, please request the nearest accommodation.

▶︎ All boats other than standard boats (speedboats / parasailing)

• Pickup is not available from all hotels, but most accommodations in the Garapan area and those located near major roads offer pickup and drop-off services.

2) Meeting with the Korean manager

Upon arrival at the pier, please meet with the Korean manager to reconfirm your reservation. If you have requested equipment and a packed lunch, please pick them up at the pier and make the payment.
