Present this voucher at any Hung Fook Tong branch in Hong Kong to redeem one bowl of authentic herbal jelly. Each QR code is valid for one redemption only.
If you wish to redeem other types of authentic herbal jelly, you must pay the price difference per bowl.

Present this voucher at any Hung Fook Tong branch in Hong Kong to redeem regular-priced products of equivalent value (excluding discounted or promotional items).
Applicable to the purchase of products including the Herbal Soup series, Authentic Herbal Jelly series, Herbal Tea series, Nourishing Dessert series, Celebration series, Festive series, Snacks series, Congee/Rice/Noodle series, Dessert series, and Freshly Ground Soy Milk series; products are calculated at regular prices.
- How to Use -
After purchase, you will receive a voucher displaying a QR code. Simply present the QR code to the staff at the shop when using it. (*Note: Not applicable at Hung Fook Tong 'Hung Siu Fan Tong' outlets)
E-vouchers are not applicable to discounted or promotional items and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
Each e-voucher can only be used once.

Once purchased, no refunds, cancellations, or changes are allowed.
If the total value of the regular-priced products redeemed exceeds the face value of this voucher, the difference must be paid at the branch; if the value is less than the voucher amount, the difference will be forfeited. The remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash, given as change, refunded, or transferred to the stored value of a Hung Fook Tong 'Self-Club' membership, nor can it be used to cover the price difference when using other vouchers.
This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, no change will be given, and it cannot be used in conjunction with other Hung Fook Tong offers.
This voucher cannot be used for (including but not limited to) redeeming Hung Fook Tong vouchers, cash coupons, topping up 'Self-Club' cards, or Octopus card services.

Homemade Herbal Tea e-voucher: With this voucher, you can redeem a bottle of homemade herbal tea worth HK$30 or less at any Hung Fook Tong branch in Hong Kong. If you wish to redeem herbal tea or other freshly made beverages worth more than HK$30, you will need to pay the difference in the beverage price.
Homemade Pork Trotter Ginger Vinegar e-voucher: Present this voucher at any Hung Fook Tong branch in Hong Kong to redeem a pack of Homemade Pork Trotter Ginger Vinegar.
Authentic Medicinal Guiling Gao e-voucher: With this voucher, you can redeem one cup of authentic medicinal Guiling Gao at any Hong Kong Hung Fook Tong branch. If you wish to redeem other types of authentic Guiling Gao with the voucher, you must pay the price difference for each cup.
Original Chicken Essence e-voucher: With this voucher, you can redeem 1 box of Original Chicken Essence (5 packs) at any Hong Kong Hung Fook Tong branch. For redemption of 3 boxes or more, please call the branch to make an appointment 3 days in advance to ensure that there are enough products for you.
Once purchased, it cannot be canceled or changed.
If the total value of the redeemed regular-priced products exceeds the face value of the e-voucher, the balance must be paid in cash; if it is less than the amount of this voucher, it will be considered a waiver; the balance cannot be exchanged for cash, redeemed, refunded or converted to the reserve stored value of Hong Kong Hung Fook Tong "My CLUB" members, nor can it be used to make up the difference when using other packages.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
