As the most luxurious Kaiseki restaurant in Osaka, Kashiwaya has been a recipient of three Michelin stars in Kansai for many years. The restaurant was meticulously crafted by skilled artisan Toshinori Nakamura in the Sukiya-zukuri style, featuring traditional tatami rooms, tea rooms, and views of the garden's trees and moss. From the moment you step into the restaurant until you leave, the elements of the changing seasons will soothe your soul. 'Cuisine' tells the story of the four seasons; 'seasonal decorations' add comfort to the dishes; and 'the fifth element' provides thoughtful and attentive service tailored to the guests' needs. - This store does not accept reservations or admission for children under 12 years old. If a child under 12 years old accompanies you to the event, we regret that we cannot provide service or refund. Please take note.
- Please dress appropriately and avoid overly casual attire (such as slippers, sandals, tank tops, shorts, camisoles, miniskirts, etc.). Male guests must wear collared shirts or jackets on their upper body and long trousers (jeans are not allowed) and socks on their lower body.
- Please arrive at the store on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be canceled and no refund will be given. If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, the store may refuse to let you in to wait.
- All losses and consequences arising from failure to provide accurate reservation information (including but not limited to discrepancies between the number of people booked and the actual number of people, failure to provide the number and age of minors) or failure to comply with Japanese dining etiquette (including but not limited to making loud noises, fighting, smoking, drinking alcohol, live streaming online, or engaging in other activities that may affect the dining experience of others) shall be borne by the guest.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–10 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
