• The availability of vehicle options is subject to on-site arrangements and availability at the dealership.
  
• Motorcycle rental fees do not include fuel costs. Renters are responsible for refueling at gas stations. The regulations for returning fuel are subject to on-site conditions.
• In the event of any accident, damage, theft, or other incident involving the rented vehicle, please preserve the scene and immediately report it to the police. Do not attempt to settle with the other party privately, and immediately notify the rental company for assistance; otherwise, you will be liable for compensation. In cases not caused by accidents, you will also be responsible for business losses calculated according to the rates specified in the table.
  
• Rental vehicles must adhere to the principles of safekeeping and protection against damage. If there is obvious damage or destruction to the vehicle's interior, equipment, or body, the operator will seek compensation for those parts, with the cost based on the quote from the authorized maintenance shop/original manufacturer.
• The documents presented by the lessee must be in their own name. During the rental period, the motorcycle must not be lent to others. If any other problems or disputes arise, the rental company will pursue the lessee for subsequent responsibilities and compensation.
• Foreigners must hold a Taiwanese driver's license and a passport/residence permit to rent a car.
• Vehicles without markings indicating that they can travel across counties and cities or into mountainous areas are only permitted for use within urban areas.
  
• No vehicle type is accepted for round trips between Shei-Pa and Smancus within 24 hours.
  
• There is no mileage limit for car rental. However, for customer driving safety, if you need to travel across counties or cities or to mountainous areas, please choose a suitable plan when purchasing to avoid affecting your subsequent itinerary and disputes. If a vehicle malfunction occurs due to failure to disclose this information, we regret that we will not provide roadside assistance and will not offer a refund; the store will be entitled to claim compensation for the loss.
  

Overtime fees

Motorcycle rental is calculated on a 24-hour basis. If you want to extend the time, please call the car dealer 3 hours before the original return time. The car company has the right to decide whether to extend the rental time; the overtime fee is TWD 50/hour, and one day will be charged for more than 5 hours. The overtime fees for consecutive holidays and annual holidays will be adjusted according to on-site regulations.

fuel cost

The motorcycle rental fee does not include fuel. Please go to the gas station to add 92 unleaded gasoline by yourself. If there is already gasoline in the tank, you need to return the same amount when you return the vehicle. If there is insufficient, you will be charged.

Ticket fee

All fines and parking fees incurred during the rental period shall be borne by the lessee himself, or he may ask the store to pay them on his behalf to avoid being fined.

Body damage costs

Please observe the principle of safekeeping and non-damage when renting a car. If the interior, equipment and body of the vehicle are obviously damaged or damaged, the operator will seek compensation for those parts. The cost will always be based on the price quoted by the authorized maintenance shop/original manufacturer; it is not an accident. , and additionally need to bear business losses, which will be billed according to the table rates.

Excess mileage charges for electric vehicles

Gogoro rental - if the discount mileage limit is exceeded, Gogoro's official commercial rate will be charged at $2.5/KM.
