- This experience activity is suitable for travelers aged 10 and above.
- Please arrive at the experience location ten minutes in advance to avoid delaying your personal itinerary
- The length of the course experience will vary depending on the individual production process and speed.
- If you need prescription glasses, please indicate the degree and quantity of myopia in the notes on the order.
- If the traveler does not meet the health standards on the day of the experience, the experience will not be possible and no refund will be given.
- Unable to specify dive site.
- Please do not fly within 24 hours before/after scuba diving activities.
- Pregnant women (and those who may be pregnant), patients with heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, diabetes, and epilepsy are not suitable to participate. People with colds are also not suitable to participate in diving activities.
- Women can use tampons during their menstrual period and go on a trial tour. Please consider before placing an order. After completing the reservation, if you want to cancel due to your menstrual period, you must follow the refund standards.
- The water activity lasts about 30-40 minutes. (Actual duration: adjusted according to weather conditions and experience status of the day)

Reminders
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Please do not consume alcoholic beverages within eight hours before the event.
Please bring your own swimsuit, change of clothes, towel and water bottle. People with near-sightedness need to bring contact lenses (or prescription masks/half-mask lenses are provided).
Before participating in diving activities, you must carefully read and fill out the "Insurance Information" and "Health Survey Agreement".
You must follow the instructions of the coach during the activity. If you are unable to cooperate, the coach has the right to terminate the activity without refund. If you do not listen to the advice and cause an accident, the diving center/coach will not be held responsible
No refunds will be given for late arrivals and other cancellations due to reasons other than force majeure.
The activity is subject to weather conditions to determine whether it can be carried out
To be eco-friendly to the ocean, makeup and sunscreen must be removed from the face and body before entering the water. If you cannot accept this, please do not sign up.
If you experience symptoms of ear pressure balance during the trip, it cannot be ruled out. For safety reasons, the instructor has the right to end the dive without refund.

- Cancellations 10 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 7 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–6 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
