－ Hotel Introduction －

Asia's first eco-resort, Leofoo Resort Guanshi, is located in Guanshi Township, Hsinchu County, right next to Leofoo Village Theme Park. It is the first resort hotel in Asia designed with natural ecology and herbivorous animals as the landscape. The hotel features 162 African safari-style room units that can accommodate 2 to 6 guests, two themed restaurants using non-toxic ingredients, a game plaza combining outdoor and indoor spaces to experience various eco-friendly and African-themed activities, a themed merchandise shop featuring 200 locally selected products and artworks by emerging Taiwanese designers, and a conference room that can accommodate 300 people. The main structure of Leofoo Resort Guanshi is built around animal and ecological landscapes. The room units feature large floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing guests to see various free-roaming African herbivores such as white rhinoceroses, zebras, Barbary sheep, ring-tailed lemurs, and African spurred tortoises. This allows all guests to have intimate, zero-distance encounters with the animals, feeling as if they are breathing alongside them. Through observation, interpretation, and education, the resort cultivates a sense of respect for nature and teaches guests to cherish the ecosystem, while simultaneously practicing the ideals of a green, eco-friendly hotel.

• What is the difference between Congo room and Kenya room?
  - Congo Wilderness room: 12 ping, single-story layout, large floor-to-ceiling windows that cannot be opened, accommodates up to 4 people, includes one double bed + two single beds or two double beds.

• What is the difference between Wilderness, Blue Sky, Savanna, and Green Land?
  

    - In Wilderness room, part of the view outside the window is blocked by the atrium wooden walkway, so animals cannot walk close. If you wish to see animals up close, it is recommended to walk to the outdoor wooden walkway.

      The main difference between Blue Sky, Savanna, and Green Land rooms is that the outdoor scenery of Blue Sky and Savanna rooms faces the blue sky, mountain views, and animal ecology;

     - Green Land room faces the atrium animal landscape area, allowing you to observe the habits of African animals. All three room types allow you to see animals, just different species.

     - The outward-facing Blue Sky room allows you to see sheep, ostriches, and other animal ecology from inside the room;

     - The Savanna room allows you to observe capybaras, call ducks, pygmy goats, lemurs, meerkats, and other animal ecology from inside the room;

     - The Green Land room facing the atrium allows you to watch zebras, rhinoceroses, flamingos, lemurs, meerkats, and other animals moving freely from inside the room.

     But no matter which room type you choose, you can enjoy the animals in the atrium by walking out of your room to the wooden walkway!

Q: How is the passenger count calculated?
A: 5-seater vehicle capacity: 1 - 3 passengers.
       If a child seat is used, the capacity will be reduced by 1 for each seat used.
       Taiwanese law regulations: Children under 4 years old must use a child seat.
       The cost for each child seat is NT$ 200. Please note this in your order and pay the driver on-site. If you refuse to use a child seat, the driver has the right to refuse service without a refund.
Q: What does 'additional fees' mean?
A: The displayed fee is the total service fee per vehicle, including taxes and tolls, but the price may fluctuate based on the supply of additional services you require.
      If additional services are requested, such as installing child seats, multi-point pick-up/drop-off, or overtime waiting, additional on-site fees will be incurred.
Q: How much luggage can I bring?
A: Anything that needs to be placed in the trunk is considered luggage. Items that can be carried with you, placed on your person, or on your seat are considered hand luggage.
       Bulky items (e.g., folding bicycles, folding strollers, folding wheelchairs) are considered special luggage and will be evaluated separately for the amount of luggage space they occupy.
