• Not included in the price: 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax (HAT). This tax will be collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in. The hotel will charge guests a 3% accommodation tax.
  

- Important Notes -

• Adults and children checking in must participate in the same activities
• Guests traveling together must choose the same dinner option; no changes can be made after arrival
• Hotel swimming pool opening is subject to weather conditions. From November onwards, it is only open from Friday to Sunday and may close early if the weather turns cold.
• Due to social distancing restrictions, the hotel does not currently provide connecting rooms. Requests for rooms on the same floor or adjacent rooms are subject to availability on the day and cannot be guaranteed.
• At least two people must stay in each room, and valid identification must be provided for registration before accessing the room.

• From January 1, 2025, the government will levy a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax (HAT). This tax will be collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in. The hotel will charge guests a 3% accommodation tax.
  
• At least two people must stay in each room, and valid identification must be provided for registration before accessing the room; each room can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children.
• Guests who have not booked a pet-friendly room are not allowed to bring pets into the room area; otherwise, guests will be charged a cleaning fee and denied check-in.
• Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed for free.
• If a guest is found to have a fever or other symptoms of respiratory infection, the hotel will immediately require the guest to wear a mask and seek medical attention at a hospital. Individuals with a fever or other symptoms of respiratory infection, or those who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past seven days, or have had close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 patient in the past seven days, will not be accepted.
• In case of any misrepresentation, once discovered, guests will be charged HK$5,000 per room per night for disinfection and cleaning fees.
