Tour booking disaster! Arrived in advance for the 12:30 AM, the pick up time, only to get an email at 12:29 AM saying the local operator had no record. Offered a different date, but as it was my last day before going home, that was impossible. Huge prep for a late night, only to be told last minute. Asked to join anyway. They looked at other companies, moved me to a different, shorter tour in another location. No refund for the significantly shorter time. Long wait for a lesser experience. (Appreciate finding something, though.)

導遊極好，KKday中介費收過多致使性價比極低。 是次菲律賓旅遊我總共報名了蘇比克本土森森體驗、八打雁漁村之旅以及大雅台觀光和獨木舟。 3次旅程都由一位出色的導遊帶領，他提供了出色的服務，使我對當地的文化和景點有了更深入的了解。他對歷史和文化的知識豐富，並且能夠以生動有趣的方式傳達給我們。他的專業態度和友好的態度讓我們感到非常舒適和放心。給予導遊100分的讚美。 然而，我對使用KKday作為旅行中介商的體驗感到非常失望。當你對比當地物價後，你會發現KKday 的價格非常昂貴，讓我覺得不值得。KKday 的收費方式不透明，對比你在當地報相同local tour昂貴了1-2倍，這讓我感到非常困惑和不滿。我認為旅行應該是一個愉快和難忘的經驗，而不是讓人感到被宰的感覺。 因此，我強烈呼籲其他人不要經KKday報菲律賓團。相反，我建議到當地尋找local tour，價錢便宜1-2倍！

Guides were super nice. I also loved the experience of rafting in palsamghan! Except the part when the boatmen asked for the tip too aggressively, I loved the experience;)

感覺園區已經有點放棄了 動物的狀態到整體環境都不能說是好 雖然門票便宜但是其他部分都要收錢，蝴蝶跟蜜蜂區又小又沒內容 實在不推薦
