Our drivers - Bagus and Krisna - made the Jeep tour absolutely unforgettable. The communication was excellent right from the start; they contacted me early to confirm the booking. On the day of the tour, everything went incredibly smoothly. To top it all off, they are amazing photographers! They knew all the best angles and took stunning photos of us with the sunrise and the black lava. Also, Big thank you to our driver Dek Ari - who did such a great job, confirming car arrangement before event day, arrived perfectly on time. He got us good spot at Akasa cafe! They were punctual, very polite, and extremely helpful throughout the entire trip. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!
