I bought Sagrada Família tickets with audio guide. Followed your email instructions exactly — the app keeps showing “Error: unable to download tickets”. Contacted your KKday CS — completely useless. Just sent copy-paste replies, then ignored me. This is a joke. Fix it or refund me.

收藏豐富、目不暇給，如果在馬德里只時間去一個博物館，普拉多就是您的選擇！留意館內不能拍照。

動線很好容易逛，而且拍照不會禁止，館藏畢卡索畫很多。

I was looking forward for this experience and it certainly did not disappoint. Definitely a must-visit when in Barcelona especially for people who adore Gaudí's works. I booked for a 7:30pm appointment but they have informed me that this is not available and made me choose based on the availability and glad I did choose the 5:45pm one instead, there's no queue even for premium entrance and lesser people. I finished around 7:30pm and saw that the queue was long.
