Talk about their winemaking practices, including the use of amphorae, sustainable farming, and the history of obscure Italian varieties in San Luis Obispo County. Learn about the building of the Giornata and Etto brands in what was, at the time, little-known Tin City.

After a short walk through Tin City, visit End of the Day Wines and learn about how winemaker Carl Bowker went from producing highly acclaimed small-production wines at Caliza Winery in the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles to also starting a boutique label in Tin City offering wines that are tasty, well-priced, approachable, and that can be enjoyed daily.
