- Once the order is placed, changes to the date, number of passengers, ticket type, or room type are not permitted. Please confirm the number of passengers and ticket specifications are correct before finalizing your booking. Thank you for your understanding.
- Seats are assigned automatically by the system; we cannot guarantee consecutive seats, nor can we accommodate requests for specific seats or carriages. If you require consecutive seats, please indicate this in the remarks field, though final arrangements will be subject to the system's seat assignment.
- If you need to change your train schedule, please contact KKday customer service at least 8 days before the departure date. Changes are limited to one time only; no changes will be accepted within 7 days of the departure date.
- Train reservations open 29 days before the departure date. You may place an order 29 days in advance, but we cannot guarantee that a seat will be secured.
- Since train tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, you may flexibly book up to the following Sunday. If your requested travel date exceeds the booking window, our order processing team will prioritize booking your requested train once the window opens, but this remains subject to the actual seat availability confirmed by our team.
- Due to differences in regional and hotel policies, please submit any special requests (e.g., one large bed/two small beds, baby cribs, etc.) at the time of booking. We will relay these requests to the hotel, but fulfillment depends on the hotel's availability at the time of check-in. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- The definition of a child varies by hotel; any additional charges required on-site will be subject to the hotel's policy.
- The child without bed option only includes insurance and administrative fees. If a train ticket is required, please select it when choosing the number of tickets. Any other incidental expenses must be settled on-site.
- Child without bed: This means the child does not occupy a bed. If you decide to have two children share one bed, please select 1 child + 1 child without bed. A maximum of 2 children without beds is allowed (please refer to the child definition for each product if there are additional occupancy limits). Children without beds do not include hotel meals, facility usage, or amenities.

The price includes one round-trip standard car reserved seat ticket. The travel date must be the same as the hotel check-in or itinerary start date. A single order is limited to the same departure and arrival stations and the same train. If you need to delay your return, please arrange your own hotel return transfer. This package consists of round-trip tickets and cannot be refunded for a single leg.
THSR tickets in this package are discounted tickets, valid only for the specified date and train. They are non-transferable and will not be reissued if lost; please keep them safe. Any altered, damaged, or photocopied tickets are invalid.
If the itinerary includes accommodation, check-in and check-out times are subject to hotel regulations. If the itinerary includes accommodation, the promotional price is based on a limited number of rooms, and the actual available room types depend on sales status; room types cannot be changed.
For departures 29 days or more in advance, please specify 2-3 preferred THSR train times for both departure and return in the 'Order Remarks'. Final assigned train times are subject to confirmation by customer service.

- Please use your physical ticket or mobile e-ticket to enter the high-speed rail station.
- High-speed rail reservations are only open for dates within 29 days of your travel date. If your travel date is not within 29 days, your reservation will be made and sent out after the reservation period opens.
- Each passenger in the same order is limited to boarding/alighting at the same station; they cannot board/alight at different stations.
- High Speed Rail (HSR) holiday tickets are special packages with specific rules regarding the origin and destination stations. For example, if you choose to depart from Taipei Station and stay at a hotel in Kaohsiung, your outbound ticket will be from Taipei to Zuoying, and your return ticket will be from Zuoying to Taipei. No refunds will be given for getting off midway, and if you miss your stop, you will need to pay the difference according to the official HSR fare announcement.

- Due to administrative processing time, the cancellation policy will be based on the text below KKday. Order cancellation applications will only be accepted between 08:30 and 16:00 daily. Applications submitted after this time will be considered as applications submitted one day later.
- If you have already purchased a high-speed rail ticket, an additional cancellation fee of NTD 20 per ticket will be charged (round-trip tickets are counted as 2 tickets).
- Free cancellation for orders placed more than eight days before departure (excluding the departure date). For orders placed seven to four days before departure (excluding the departure date), a cancellation fee of 30% of the total cost will be charged.
- If you notify us of changes or cancellations within three days prior to the departure date (excluding the departure date), a cancellation fee of 70% of the total cost will be charged.
- On the departure date, if you are notified to change or cancel your order, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost will be charged.
- (For example: If you are departing on December 8th, you can change or cancel your order before November 30th for free; if you change or cancel your order between December 1st and 4th, a 30% handling fee will be charged; if you change or cancel your order between December 5th and 7th, a 70% handling fee will be charged.)
