Enjoy a memorable day exploring the highlights of Banff National Park on a small-group tour from Calgary, Canmore, or Banff.

Your day begins with pickup from your selected location. From there, travel comfortably into the Canadian Rockies with a local driver-guide. Along the way, enjoy scenic mountain views while your guide provides helpful information about the area, sightseeing stops, wildlife safety, and great photo opportunities.

The first major stop is Moraine Lake, one of the most popular and photographed lakes in Canada. Set in the Valley of the Ten Peaks, Moraine Lake is famous for its bright turquoise water and dramatic mountain backdrop. Guests will have approximately 1 hour to enjoy the lake, take photos, walk near the shoreline, and visit nearby viewpoints when conditions allow.

After Moraine Lake, continue to Lake Louise, another world-famous location in the Canadian Rockies. Known for its glacier-fed water and the impressive Victoria Glacier in the background, Lake Louise is one of Banff National Park’s most iconic stops. Guests will have approximately 1 hour to walk along the lakeshore, relax, take photos, or purchase snacks and drinks nearby.

The tour then continues to the Town of Banff. Spend free time on Banff Avenue, where guests can enjoy lunch, coffee, shopping, souvenirs, and the lively mountain-town atmosphere. This stop is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

While in Banff, guests may choose to visit either the Banff Gondola or the Banff Upper Hot Springs. The Banff Gondola takes guests up Sulphur Mountain for panoramic views of the surrounding peaks, while the Banff Upper Hot Springs offers a relaxing mineral-water experience in a mountain setting. These activities are optional and are not included in the tour price. Guests must pay separately for admission. Guests who do not take part in either activity may continue enjoying free time in Banff.

Depending on timing, traffic, weather, and parking, the tour also includes scenic photo stops at Cascade of Time Garden, Bow Falls Viewpoint, and Lake Minnewanka. These stops offer views of gardens, waterfalls, rivers, mountains, lake scenery, and possible wildlife around Lake Minnewanka.

At the end of the tour, guests will be dropped off at one of the selected drop-off locations: Delta Hotels Calgary Downtown, 2801 Bow Valley Trail in Canmore, or Banff Caribou Lodge & Spa.
