Escape Tromsø and travel into the quiet wilderness of Camp Tamok in the Tamok Valley, a 90-minute bus ride away. Upon arrival, be greeted by your experienced guide and receive thermal suits, boots, and gloves to ensure you stay warm and comfortable in the Arctic winter.

Immerse yourself in the magic of a Norwegian winter with hands-on authentic activities designed for guests aged 4 and older. Try tandem skiing to test your balance, explore the snowy landscapes on snowshoes, and join these activities led by expert guides. Listen to fascinating stories about Arctic life, skiing, and the stunning surroundings, and meet friendly reindeer.

Learn essential winter survival skills, like building and maintaining a fire in cold conditions. Warm up by the fire and grill your own sausage while enjoying a warm drink. With minimal light pollution, Camp Tamok offers one of the best settings to witness the Northern Lights.

If they appear, your photography guide will capture professional portraits (with digital copies provided afterward) and/or help you take your own photos. Return by bus back to Tromsø after a magical evening outdoors at Camp Tamok.
