Embark on a full-day tour to the fantastic flower auction in Aalsmeer, the largest marketplace for flowers and plants in the world. See 43 million flowers and 5 million plants sold every day.
Afterwards, we'll drive to the Westeinderplassen for a 1½ hour boat tour. You will get to understand how and why the Dutch recreated land from many of the former lakes in the 19th century. We sail between peat islands, used for flower growing, like Lilacs and also used for recreation.
We can have lunch at the Tuinhuis before visiting the historic gardens inside the green houses.
