Regarding Cancellation:
- If bad weather is forecasted for the day of the experience, the guide may cancel, postpone, or change the course to ensure safety. In such cases, we will make a decision and notify you by 19:00 on the day before the scheduled start date whenever possible. * Depending on the situation, a decision may be made early on the morning of the activity. If an early morning decision is required, we will discuss a time before you depart from home and notify you by that time. If it is determined that the activity cannot be held due to bad weather or other force majeure before the start time, the program will be canceled and a full refund will be issued, or the online payment will be voided. Please note that if the program is postponed or the course/itinerary is changed to avoid danger, no full or partial refunds will be provided. Please be aware that there will be no refunds if the route or itinerary is changed or the program is canceled after it has started to ensure safety during the tour.

Furthermore, you agree not to hold the organizer liable for any compensation or damages regarding accidents caused by natural disasters beyond the organizer's control, accidents not resulting from the organizer's intent or gross negligence, or accidents occurring while you are acting based on your own safety management.
