Horseback riding in Rio Celeste + Pool + Blue River Cacao Recreation Center｜Costa Rica

Enjoy a beautiful and relaxed guided ride on a trustworthy, gentle horse prepared with high safety standards, taking in the scenic beauty of the property. Our guides will accompany and assist you throughout the tour for your enjoyment and safety.
On this sightseeing tour, you'll be able to see different species of flora and fauna along the way, crossing the Celeste River several times, and seeing a little piece of heaven on earth.
We start the tour with a short introductory talk, where our staff will show you the best way to control your horse. You will also learn the names of our horses so that you can build a better connection with them. Then you will set off on horseback from the stables, located behind the front desk, which means you don't have to go anywhere else to take the sightseeing tour. You will start riding along trails on the estate, observing some of the animals around our farm, such as calves, a buffalo, fillies, and sheep, among others. You'll reach the banks of the beautiful Río Celeste, crossing its crystal-clear waters to reach another part of the mountain trails. Then you'll have a break at our Blue River Cacao Recreation Center, located on the edge of the Río Celeste, where you'll get some hydration and enjoy some fresh fruit. On this stop, you can use the restrooms if needed.
If you like fun, you can show off your water skills by jumping from our rope or from the walls suitable for diving. Or, if tranquility is your thing, you can simply relax and swim in the beautiful blue pools of the river for approximately 15 to 20 minutes if you wish. Then you'll continue riding along mountain trails until you return to the hotel, where we'll finish our activity.
It should be noted that we use tame, trained, healthy and strong animals, which are cared for with great love and are born on our farm.
We use the right gear so you can enjoy this activity to the fullest, including comfortable saddles and, for children, saddles suitable for their size and enjoyment.
We have all our permits and risk policies up to date, and we have a large private parking lot monitored by security cameras.
We offer restaurant and pizzeria service open from 7 AM to 10 PM.
After the horseback riding tour, you can return to our Blue River Cacao Recreation Center completely free of charge to enjoy our facilities.
