• The 60-minute Dry Head Spa does not include shampoo or wet scalp care, so your hair will remain dry during the treatment.
• The 60-minute Wet Head Spa and both Signature Head Spa programs include wet scalp care, so your hair and scalp will get wet during the session.
• Treatment duration varies depending on the selected package: 60, 90, or 120 minutes.
• The 120-minute Signature Head Spa includes warm hot stone therapy. Hot stone therapy is not included in the 60-minute or 90-minute programs.
• Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before your reservation time for check-in and consultation.
• If you have scalp sensitivity, irritation, injuries, recent scalp procedures, allergies, or any other concerns, please inform our staff before the treatment begins.
• Please let your therapist know at any time if you would like the massage pressure, water temperature, or any part of the treatment adjusted for your comfort.
• Treatments are available by reservation only. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be able to receive their scheduled treatment.
• The treatment process and products used may be slightly adjusted depending on your scalp condition and individual needs.
